A man who robbed an Italian restaurant of a bottle of wine and a cash register is lucky that Lee Earl Robinson doesn't have better aim. Just after midnight Monday, Robinson, 50, heard a large crash in the Pestos Italian Grill, a restaurant at 1811 N Tampa St., just downstairs from his apartment. Bank of America branch robbe d Shawn Porter, 31, of Palm Harbor was acquitted of insurance fraud Friday. Porter had faced a felony fraud charge related to a fire that destroyed his waterfront home in Crystal Beach in 2001.
